Qualifications

• UK National with ability to obtain SC and/or DV clearance.
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage, UK, or able to travel to the site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for engineering applications and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage application availability, performance monitoring, and health checks.
• Support upgrades, patches, and release migrations.
• Coordinate major incident resolution and provide technical leadership.
