Job summary

You will lead the development and delivery of high-quality apprenticeship provision across Engineering, Welding and Fabrication, Manufacturing and Professional Construction, aligning with employer needs.

You will manage staff and resources, drive teaching excellence, monitor performance, and build strong industry relationships to support growth across North Essex.

Qualifications

• Significant knowledge of apprenticeship practices, funding methods and delivery.
• Experience planning curricula to maximise funding for learners and employers.
• Experience with quality systems and external validation processes.
• Strong background building relationships with businesses and employers.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and management across apprenticeships.
• Lead recruitment, induction, lesson observations, reviews and staff development.
• Monitor learner performance data and take timely improvement actions.
• Develop new programmes and initiatives in line with employer demand and regional needs.
