Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking an Engineering Compliance Engineer for a six-month contract in Peterborough. You will support the Emissions Certification team across global markets, preparing and submitting changes to existing certifications and ensuring documentation is complete.

The role is fully site-based with an hourly PAYE or umbrella rate. You will work on EPA/CARB submissions, model year rollovers, and develop new certification applications for growth opportunities in regulated markets

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of diesel engines and emissions control systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Emissions Certification team in delivering certification activities across a range of global markets.
• Prepare and submit changes to existing emissions certifications, ensuring applications and supporting information are accurate and complete.
• Compile certification applications and supporting documentation for submission to the U.S. EPA and CARB, including applications for Model Year rollover certifications.
• Develop certification applications for new products and growth opportunities, supporting entry into new and existing regulated markets worldwide.

Hourly Rate: £19.32 PAYE or £25.27 Umbrella
Duration: 6 months
Working arrangements: Fully site based
