Responsibilities
- Chair the Engineering Process Council and develop engineering processes and standards.
- Modernise ways of working to improve efficiency, compliance and delivery outcomes.
- Embed systems engineering, lifecycle management and design integrity principles.
- Lead data-driven governance, dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with Digital Engineering, IT and data teams to enable automation and traceability.
- Champion continuous improvement and change in engineering across the organisation.
