Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing business specialising in engineering and automotive maintenance across the UK. The role focuses on winning new business, managing client relationships and sourcing candidates for temporary, permanent and contract roles.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build a strong candidate/client pipeline and negotiate rates and contracts in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment (any sector considered) or strong sales background.
• Driven, target-focused and financially motivated.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Resilient, competitive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Win new business within engineering & automotive sectors.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Source, interview and place candidates (temp, perm & contract).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates and clients.
• Negotiate rates, terms and contracts.
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative service.
