Job summary

Thales in Belfast is offering a Manufacturing Apprentice role designed to combine hands-on experience with structured training. You will rotate across manufacturing areas, work on high‑precision lines, and progress toward Level 2 NVQ and Level 3 qualifications while gaining real job experience.

The programme pays £24,000 annually, includes holiday entitlement, pension, and learning support, with permanent role opportunities on completion.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A-C) including English and Maths.
• Resident in Northern Ireland for the past 5 years.
• Enrolment in Level 2 Engineering Apprenticeship at a recognised provider.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-precision production lines delivering quality components.
• Learn to perform to production standards and support efficient manufacturing.
• Complete three-year programme with college and on-site rotations.
