DB Cargo UK currently has opportunities available to join our Maintenance team at our Stoke site as an Engineering Apprentice.
As an Engineering Apprentice, you will ensure that all work related to the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Traction & Rolling stock (T&RS) and components is completed safely, thoroughly, professionally, and timely.
This is a one-year apprenticeship combining classroom learning and depot work. We aim to support new talent in gaining a Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations through hands-on experience with our engineers and a solid foundation in Traction & Rolling Stock maintenance.
DB Cargo offers a range of benefits including a starting salary of £16,822 per annum with staged increases, a defined contribution pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution), free on-site parking, EV charging at some sites, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
