About The Role

Ready to kick-start your career in engineering? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as an Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining real-world experience alongside expert mentors.

You will join the Engineering Planned Maintenance Team at our AMK Peterborough site, where we pack fresh produce for a leading UK supermarket.

With your time split between college and the workplace, you will participate in the Mechatronics Apprenticeship at our local training provider partner.

The hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

About You

• Passionate or interested in a career in Engineering
• Some previous experience with an Engineering course or hands-on exposure is desirable
• Grade 4 minimum GCSE in English and Maths
• Good communicator and confident
• Self-motivated to learn - This is a 4-year Apprenticeship before you are fully qualified!
