Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator to join the Engineering team. The purpose of this role is to ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule with internal and external resource assignment.

Our Engineering team manages various building and infrastructure projects across all our workplaces, including redevelopment projects, equipment maintenance, and repairs, ensuring our premises remain secure, safe, and clean for our employees.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Managing the asset maintenance scheduling software
• Ensuring all planned maintenance is completed on schedule, with monthly reports on completion rates and issues
• Handling purchasing activities for critical engineering spares
• Collaborating with departments to ensure asset availability and maximum equipment uptime
• Managing contractors through permits to work

We are looking for:

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance processes in a GMP environment (preferred)
• Experience with ERP or CMMS systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and solve problems
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Good communication and numerical reasoning skills
