Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Administrator in a part-time capacity to support the Engineering office, manage correspondence and maintain a professional work environment across the team. This role underpins the smooth operation of the hotel's engineering department and contributes to hosting excellence.

You’ll handle mail, assist with projects, and help enforce safety and security protocols while upholding Hilton’s service standards and hospitality values in daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure prompt, professional communication with guests, owners, and corporate office
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure adherence to security protocols
  • Provide administrative support for department initiatives and engineering-related projects
  • Keep personal and shared office areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
