Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the United Kingdom. You will oversee all guest services functions across restaurant, bar and front office, ensuring a seamless guest experience and high service standards. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting and policy enforcement to support operational effectiveness.

You will lead, coach and develop the team, driving improvements and a positive work environment while maintaining Hilton’s hospitality values and guest focus.

  • Oversee guest services operations: Supervise day-to-day operations of all guest services functions, including restaurant, bar and front office operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and elevate service: Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team to implement improvements that enhance the guest experience
  • Manage department administration: Lead budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and special projects to support operational effectiveness
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
