Job summary

Munich Re is seeking an Engineer Surveyor to perform statutory and contractual inspections across diverse mechanical equipment in Cardiff and Newport. The role is 40 hours per week, inclusive of travel time, with overtime paid for extra hours. You will work within a supportive, expert-led environment to help clients stay compliant, safe and operational.

Qualifications

• Must have HNC or relevant Level 4 qualification and 3 years minimum direct and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations such as LOLER, PUWER, PSSR, COSHH, and British Standards.
• Holder of UK Driving licence, no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory and contractual inspections across a range of mechanical equipment.
• Work in varied environments, from football grounds to zoos, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Help clients stay compliant, safe and operational within a supportive, expert-led team.
