Engineering Supervisor - Quoted Works Team

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £42k - £48k + Overtime Paid

Role

As the Engineering Supervisor for the Quoted Works Team, you will lead a team of engineers delivering installation and small works projects in fire and security systems. You will play a key role in technical support, resource planning, team development, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

This is a firsthand supervisory role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of installation and small works engineers
• Deliver technical guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct site visits, quality audits, and performance reviews
• Work closely with Project Management to ensure smooth delivery
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and unrivalled customer experience
