Job summary

4Recruitment Services seeks an Engineer / Senior Engineer to support civil enforcement and parking projects across Oxfordshire. The role covers developing and implementing new parking restrictions, CPZs, and assisting with ANPR deployments and appropriate traffic signing to ensure lawful and compliant enforcement.

You will ensure legislation and local policies are followed and liaise with stakeholders to deliver effective parking and traffic management schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways, traffic management, parking or civil enforcement.
• Experience developing CPZs and parking restrictions.
• Familiarity with ANPR deployment and traffic signing.

Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire

Rate: £40 per hour UMB

Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to support the delivery of civil enforcement and parking projects across Oxfordshire.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of new parking restrictions, including Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs), helping to maximise the effective use of on-street parking for local residents, communities and the travelling public.

The role will also support projects involving the introduction of ANPR sites, as well as the design and implementation of appropriate traffic signs to enable effective and legally compliant enforcement.

You will be responsible for ensuring that relevant legislation, local policies and procedures are followed, with any issues or concerns identified and raised appropriately.
