Job summary

The JRL Group is a leading construction company delivering complex RC Frame residential projects in Central London. We are seeking an Engineer to work on internal areas of a major residential scheme and lead on-site activities with our RC Frame team.

You will be responsible for setting out, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring design information is current and properly distributed. Experience on similar schemes and a CSCS card are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar role.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Be able to demonstrate having previously worked on new build residential schemes.

Responsibilities

• Set out for RC frame internals.
• Coordinate closely with the RC Frame Engineering team.
• Liaise between in-house subsidiaries.
• Ensure design information is up to date and distributed correctly.
• Take a leadership role over the engineers on site.
• Experience setting out in a similar role.
• Knowledge of site calibration checks.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
• Perform quality checks and manage as-builts (Fieldview beneficial).
• Oversee some document control aspects.

Location: Central London

The JRL Group is a leading Construction company that specialises in Main Contracting & RC Frames along with 14+ divisions delivering bespoke solutions for the most complex projects. We are onsite on our largest project in London, delviering a major residential multi RC Frame and require Engineers to join us to work on the internal areas of the project.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set out for our internals subsidaries


• Working closely with the RC Frame Engineering team


• Liaise between our in-house subsidaries


• Ensure correct design information is up to date and distributed correctly


• Take a leadership role over the Engineers on site


• Experience setting out in a similar role


• Knowledge of site calibration checks


• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise


• Quality checks


• As-builts, experience with Fieldview would be beneficial


• Oversee some of the document control aspects
