Job summary

Cummins Europe is seeking an experienced Engine Technician to lead diagnostics and repairs across Cummins products in workshop and on customer sites.

You will mentor junior technicians, review repair plans, and drive customer satisfaction with timely, accurate solutions using Guidanz and ANVL, while modelling strong health and safety practices and following HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma from a technical institution; Apprentice Trained Engine Technician preferred.
• Locally valid driving permit preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of engine products; coaching junior technicians is a plus.

• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and escalating technical issues and contributing to knowledge databases.
• Promote operational efficiency by maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensuring tools are in proper working order.
