Job summary

Ivor Searle Limited is seeking an engine remanufacturing technician to join our busy production teams in the UK. Duties include stripping, inspecting, cleaning, reassembling, and picking components for petrol and diesel engines, with full in-house training provided.

We seek a practically minded person with a positive attitude who can identify solutions to problems. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30 and Friday 07:30–13:30, with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Ivor Searle is the UK's leading provider of re-manufactured engines, reman turbos, cylinder heads and gearboxes.

Due to an increase in sales, vacancies are opening in several production departments for an engine re-manufacturing technician. Duties will range from stripping, inspecting, cleaning, reassembling and picking components for petrol and diesel engines.

We are looking for someone who is practically minded with a desire to learn - no previous experience is required and full in-house training will be provided. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify solutions to problems.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 13:30 (40hr working week)
