SYOS Aerospace is seeking an Engine Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day supervision of engine technicians and the safe, accurate assembly, installation, configuration and testing of engine systems for autonomous vehicles.

You will allocate work, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and provide hands-on technical support to meet engineering drawings, quality requirements and production schedules. International travel and overnight stays may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on engine or electromechanical assembly, integration, testing and fault diagnosis in production.
• Experience with two-stroke EFI engines and engine production lines.
• Experience supervising a technical production team, including task allocation and coaching.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and, where required, carry out engine assembly and installation.
• Lead setup of production line for two-stroke EFI petrol engines and dyno testing.
• Plan daily work, allocate resources, monitor progress and report delivery risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engine technicians.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in production.
