Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with diesel or gas engine test programs.
• Mechanical/electrical expertise with engines, including stripping and rebuilding.

Responsibilities

• Work on new engine products, including validation and launch.
• Conduct various engine tests, inspect components, and engage in end-to-end testing.

Job description

Duration: 12 months, with a high chance of extension

Role Highlights:

• Work on new engine products, including validation and launch.
• Conduct various engine tests, inspect components, and engage in end-to-end testing.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, including emissions equipment renewal.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with engine test systems like DSG, Cadet, PUMA, and experience in writing test schedules.
• Exposure to ECU controller software packages.

Industry Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with diesel or gas engine test programs.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems in genset applications.
• Mechanical/electrical experience in diesel engines, including stripping, rebuilding, and a strong automotive/off-highway mechanical background.
• Preferred alternative experience: Aerospace background.

Top 3 Hard Skills:

Certifications:
