TeacherActive is currently partnering with several mainstream secondary schools in and around Wakefield seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to support students across KS3/KS4. The role offers day-to-day or long-term placements with an immediate start, focusing on engaging lessons, GCSE/A Level preparation, SEND adaptations, and strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• PGCE with QTS
• Experience teaching Geography across Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/KS4 in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and experience supporting GCSE and A Level Geography
• Experience adapting teaching and learning to support students with SEND
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
