Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting two experienced English Teachers for a secondary school in Lytham St Annes (FY8). The roles run from January 2027 to July 2027 and are full-time, long-term positions designed to provide continuity for pupils across KS3 and KS4.

Successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature, differentiate for varying abilities and contribute to a positive school community. DBS checks and appropriate qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching English across KS3 & KS4.
• Strong knowledge of English Language & Literature curriculum.
• Proven classroom management and pupil progression tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English lessons across KS3 & KS4.
• Teach English Language and Literature per school curriculum.
• Prepare pupils for assessments and exams.
