Qualifications

• Strong English knowledge relevant to GCSE and Functional Skills.
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or DET).
• Experience teaching English, ideally GCSE or Functional Skills.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to differentiate for individual learner needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Differentiate to meet individual learner needs.
• Support learners across a range of abilities.
• Monitor, assess and track progress.
