TeacherActive is recruiting an enthusiastic English Teacher for a mainstream secondary school in Bradford. You will teach KS3–KS5, support GCSE and A Level preparation, and help students develop confidence and analytical skills in English.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS with an English specialism.
• Experience teaching English Literature and English Language in a UK secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of the Secondary National Curriculum, GCSE and A Level requirements.
• Experience supporting GCSE/A Level preparation, including revision and interventions.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS5.
• Support GCSE and A Level examination preparation.
• Assess student progress and maintain effective classroom management.
