Milk Education is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor in Woking, Surrey, to support pupils academically and personally from September. You will work to motivate students, build positive relationships, and assist with wider school duties while enjoying flexible days and a supportive consultant from Milk Education.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people is valuable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships.
• Able to motivate and engage pupils in learning.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absences and keep pupils engaged.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and support pupils with activities.
• Maintain behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students across a range of subjects.
• Encourage positive attitudes to learning and focus.
• Support academic progress and confidence of students.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Assist with wider school activities and duties as needed.
