Qualifications

• Experience with young people in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• Able to deliver pre-set work and keep students on task.
• Good communication with teaching staff.
• Able to follow school policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects during short-term teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-set work and keep students engaged and on task.
• Manage student behaviour in line with the academy’s behaviour policy and provide feedback to teaching staff.
