Job summary

Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person centred activities programme within a specialist complex care setting. You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests and care needs, fostering participation and social interaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Activities Coordinator or similar is essential.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proactive, creative approach to engagement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme.
