We are seeking an Engagement Worker for our residential service in Havering, a 25-bed, 24-hour facility supporting adults with complex needs in a supported accommodation setting. Your role will involve providing social contact, supporting residents' safety, health, tenancy sustainment, and financial independence. You will help residents develop skills for greater independence and assist with re-integration into the community. Our residents typically meet the following criteria:
