Job summary

Godden Lodge Care Home in Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to lead a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs. As part of Care Concern Group, you will build strong relationships with Residents, including those living with dementia, to promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.

• Experience in activities or similar role is beneficial; transferable skills from hospitality, events, childcare or community work encouraged.
