Job summary

Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales seeks an experienced visits and communications professional to design and manage a programme of stakeholder visits across England and Wales. The role emphasises community engagement, storytelling, and relationship-building to advance social change.

You will coordinate visits with MPs, philanthropists, trustees, partners and executives from Lloyds Banking Group, ensuring visits are supportive, inclusive and impactful.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events or visits involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to apply narratives to local activity.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organise a varied programme of visits to engage more people in our mission.
• Coordinate visits for senior stakeholders – MPs, philanthropists, trustees, partners, and executives.
• Raise awareness of social issues and ensure visits have meaningful impact.
• Support colleagues and partners to maximize opportunities and follow up actions.
• Prioritise centring community voices in all visits.
