This is a great opportunity requiring compassion, empathy, and organisation. The role is to work closely with the Multi-professional Team (MDT), and under the supervision and guidance of the Coordination and Engagement Manager to ensure patient engagement with the delivery of care to Children and Young People (CYP) and their families. This will involve being amongst the family’s first contact with the service, and an ongoing bridge between them and the Multi-professional team of clinicians and managers involved in their care.
The postholder will be required to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
