Engagement Manager Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in leading engagements across our practice areas, ensuring that the quality of deliverables and client experience are exceptional. Your impact will be felt in three main areas:

Responsibilities

You will lead one of our key client or growth sector squads, managing client communications and project delivery. You will coordinate the best minds to address client challenges, oversee project execution, and ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish. Additionally, you will contribute to business strategy, including client acquisition and internal initiatives.

Key Activities

• Winning and delivering work: Building relationships with clients, leading proposals, managing projects, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Coaching and developing the team: Managing team members, setting expectations, and providing feedback to support growth.
