Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead OneStream delivery for finance transformation programmes in the UK. You will act as the primary client contact, oversee end-to-end delivery, and manage stakeholders up to CFO level, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes.

The role requires proven PM/Engagement experience in EPM or enterprise systems, strong stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to drive account growth and roadmap development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms).
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients.

We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes..

This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities
