Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is recruiting an Engagement Manager to drive delivery of complex finance transformation engagements, with a focus on OneStream and related EPM platforms. You will represent the client, oversee end-to-end delivery, and manage stakeholders at senior levels to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong delivery oversight, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms).
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Manage client stakeholders, often up to Finance Director / CFO level.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Support commercial management, including budget tracking, utilisation, and margin oversight.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and follow-on project work.
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients.

We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes..

This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects
