Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead OneStream-based finance transformation engagements. You will act as the primary client contact, oversee end-to-end delivery, and manage stakeholders up to CFO level.

The role combines delivery oversight with commercial acumen, requiring strong communication and cross-functional leadership to drive on-time, value-driven outcomes for enterprise-scale programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Engagement/Project/Programme in EPM or finance transformation.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex system implementations (finance or data platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
• Budget management experience and delivery performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact across OneStream projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope results.
• Manage client stakeholders up to FD/CFO level.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Architects, Consultants, Developers.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies; drive issue resolution.
• Support commercial management, budget tracking, and margins.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell.
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmaps for clients.

Engagement Manager – OneStream

We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes..

This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Manage client stakeholders, often up to Finance Director / CFO level
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution
• Support commercial management, including budget tracking, utilisation, and margin oversight
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and follow-on project work
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms)
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance

EPM Experience

Experience with OneStream is highly desirable, however, we are open to candidates from other EPM platforms, including:
