Rate: Up to £680 per day (Outside IR35)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical oversight across all IaaS operational workstreams.
2. Drive the planning and implementation of continual service improvement.
3. Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities & MTTR.
4. Oversee the underlying IaaS infrastructure platform.
5. Manage Configuration Management and the CMDB.
6. Track End-of-Support (EOS/L) lifecycle.
