Qualifications

5+ years of experience in service delivery, engagement management, or professional services operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of customers with multiple concurrent service engagements.

Responsibilities

Manage relationship between Radar Healthcare and clients.
Coordinate successful delivery of all Professional Services activities.
Ensure smooth planning and monitoring of service retainers and projects.

The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new Engagement manager

The Engagement Manager (EM) plays a critical role in managing the ongoing relationship between Radar Healthcare and its customers. Assigned to a portfolio of clients, the EM is responsible for the overall coordination and successful delivery of all Professional Services activities across their accounts. Acting as the central point of accountability for all contracted services, the EM ensures the smooth planning, scheduling, and monitoring of Services Retainers and minor projects, and escalations.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

Your journey so far...

5+ years of experience in service delivery, engagement management, or professional services operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of customers with multiple concurrent service engagements.
Familiarity with Services Retainer models, SOW governance, and internal delivery controls.

Even better if you…

Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, preferably Teamwork, Forecast, or similar.
Commercial awareness, including the ability to interpret and manage delivery against contracted budgets.
Knowledge of the healthcare or regulated sectors is a plus, but not essential.

A competitive salary of £50,000-£75,000 per year, dependent on experience

Flexible working – We believe in empowering our team to work in a way that suits them best. Whether you’re an early bird or prefer working from home most of the time, we trust you to get the job done around our core hours. We have a base expectation of 1 day per month in the office but outside of this, although we have a fantastic office in the heart of Leeds (complete with a rooftop bar for the summer months), the choice is yours!

Technology – Rest assured, we'll have a laptop all set up and ready for you on your first day. Additionally, in your first week, we’ll conduct a WFH risk assessment to ensure you have everything you need, including a second screen, keyboard, mouse, and any other goodies!

Socials – we get together as a full company at least four times per year, plus at least once a quarter in individual teams, too. Not including all the fun activities being planned by our newly formed social committee.
