RegionRise is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commission-Based Engagement Manager for Business Development in the United States to identify and engage with companies looking to expand into the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region,the broader European Union or South-East Asia. What You'll Do:
As a Commission-Based Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Proactively identify US-based companies that are potential candidates for expansion into the DACH region or the European Union.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target organizations through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, virtual networking).
- Opportunity Qualification: Understand the challenges and needs of potential clients regarding international expansion, sales optimization, and digital transformation.
- Partnership Identification: Effectively communicate RegionRise's value proposition and service offerings, including our AI-powered sales engine, market entry strategies, sales optimization, and business development services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the initial point of contact for RegionRise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the RegionRise leadership team to transition qualified leads into active projects.
Who You Are:
- Proven Business Development Acumen: You have a strong track record in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, ideally within a B2B sales or consulting environment.
- Networker & Multiplier: You possess an established network or demonstrate exceptional ability to build new connections with companies considering international expansion.
- Understanding of International Markets: Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of expanding into the DACH region or the European Union is a significant advantage.
- Self-Starter & Highly Motivated: You are disciplined, goal-oriented, and thrive in a commission-based environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Results-Driven: You are focused on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
