Job Summary:

The engagement manager role is to manage customer engagements on behalf of our clients, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives. The role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess excellent organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the engagement.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for each assignment.
  3. Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project.
  4. Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Monitor progress against planned deliverables and take corrective action when necessary.
  6. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of assignments.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
  8. Assist in the development of proposals and other marketing materials.
Job Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
  2. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  3. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  7. Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
