Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an Engagement Lead to develop and deliver engagement activities for the Crisis and Resilience Fund. You will design engagement across citizens, communities and stakeholders and evaluate communications to ensure accessibility and impact.

You will capture citizens' voices, presenting findings to the Crisis and Resilience Advisory Board and other strategic meetings, working with contracted providers to achieve CRF outcomes. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Able to lead development, implementation, reporting and evaluation of the CRF.
• Able to implement and review the CRF engagement plan.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health inequalities and health promotion principles is desirable.
• Standard DBS check required for this post.

Responsibilities

• Design engagement activity across citizens, communities and stakeholders to support CRF outcomes.
• Capture citizens' voices and present findings to the CRF Advisory Board and other meetings.
• Ensure information and communications are accessible to diverse audiences.
• Develop and evaluate a range of communication and engagement methods.
• Provide high quality advice to senior councillors and officers.
