Qualifications

• Extensive consulting or advisory experience.
• Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.
• Experience in Process Design, Organisation Design, Service Integration, SIAM or Service Management.
• Experience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, including business case development and approvals.
• Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.
• Solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.

My client is looking for a highly experienced Engagement Lead to join a growing consultancy and play a pivotal role in delivering transformational outcomes for some of the UK's most recognised organisations.

As Engagement Lead, you will act as a key member of their consulting team, working directly with senior client stakeholders to analyse complex environments, lead consulting engagements, and deliver high-quality outcomes against defined timelines. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise with specialist methodologies to help transform IT and digital capabilities.

As Operational Engagement Lead you will :

• Lead senior-level client engagements and consulting assignments.
• Analyse complex IT and digital operating environments.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Drive digital transformation and organisational change initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Within this role you will be able to demonstrate the following :

• Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Process Design
• Organisation Design
• Service Integration
• SIAM
• Service Management
• Experience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including business case development and approvals.
• Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.
• A solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.

This role will necessitate travel to client sites and ability to work on a hybrid basis.
