The Health & Social Care Board in Belfast invites applications for the Corporate Engagement Officer role to support the Strategic Planning and Performance Group's internal and external communications. You will collaborate with the Senior Communications Officer to develop, coordinate and publish content across intranet, internet, newsletters, digital platforms and corporate publications.

You will help promote organisational priorities, staff engagement, corporate campaigns and stakeholder

Qualificações

• A university degree or professional qualification in communications, PR, marketing, journalism or related discipline.
• Alternatively, a minimum of three years' relevant communications and engagement experience.
• Experience developing and delivering content across multiple channels.
• Experience managing website and/or intranet content.
• Experience producing newsletters, reports, presentations or promotional materials.
• Experience working with stakeholders to develop communication products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist planning, development and delivery of internal and external communication activities.
• Draft, edit and publish high-quality written content for multiple channels.
• Support newsletters, e-zines, staff bulletins, briefing papers and presentations.
• Ensure communications are clear, accurate and aligned to corporate objectives.
• Prepare content for senior leadership messages, events and engagement activities.
• Research information from stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor website traffic with Google Analytics and support reporting.
• Conduct user satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for improvements.
