Job summary

Ards and North Down Borough Council invites applications for a permanent, full-time Corporate Communications and Multi-Media Manager to drive external and internal communications, marketing activity and brand stewardship across Council services and partners.

The postholder will coordinate and supervise the Communications Team, work with Content and Design to uphold the Council's brand identity, and provide communications support during major incidents and out-of-hours situations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in external/internal communications and marketing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a communications team across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operation of the Communications Team.
• Collaborate with Content and Design to maintain brand identity across Council services and partners.
• Provide communications support during major incidents, emergencies and out-of-hours situations.
