Job summary

The Heights in High Wycombe is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver an engaging programme of activities for residents. You’ll tailor events to individual needs, promote independence and create lasting memories in a compassionate, friendly home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and delivering activities.
• Experience with elderly people in residential settings is helpful.
• Ability to engage with residents to understand interests.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an ongoing programme of activities and events for residents.
• Engage residents to promote independence and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Collaborate with team, relatives and the community to encourage participation.
