Time Recruitment is recruiting an Enforcement Solicitor to join a Liverpool-based specialist practice. You will manage your own caseload focused on debt and enforcement, progressing matters efficiently and maximising recoveries for clients.

You will handle settlements, court orders, and costs, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high client service standards. The role offers flexible working options and clear career progression in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate in England & Wales.
• Experience in debt recovery, enforcement, or costs recovery.
• Strong knowledge of County Court procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of debt recovery and enforcement matters.
• Review settlement agreements, judgments, court orders and costs schedules.
• Monitor payment deadlines and act on overdue sums.
• Draft letters before action and formal demands.
• Recover damages and costs; issue enforcement applications.
