Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Enforcement Solicitor for a Liverpool-based practice. You will manage your own caseload across debt recovery, costs recovery and enforcement matters, working with clients, courts, defendants and enforcement agents to secure timely recoveries.

The role offers £40,000+ DOE with bonus and flexible working hours, and a clear path for professional development within a growing specialist team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate in England & Wales.
• Experience in debt recovery, civil litigation, costs recovery or enforcement.
• Excellent knowledge of County Court procedures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Proclaim Case Management system experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of debt recovery and enforcement matters.
• Review settlement agreements, judgments, Court Orders, and costs schedules.
• Monitor payment deadlines and take action on overdue sums.
• Draft letters before action and formal demands.
• Recover damages, legal costs, and disbursements.
• Issue Part 8 Proceedings and enforcement applications.
• Liaise with clients, courts, defendants, and enforcement agents.
• Manage matters to deadlines while maintaining excellent client service.
