ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Location: Northamptonshire (NN1 1ED)
Pay: £13.45 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: Average 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends, working 5 days over 7 as per site rota
Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (company vehicle provided)
DBS: Basic DBS required

This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same, combining enforcement, public engagement, and community support. You'll be at the frontline of keeping areas clean, safe, and compliant while driving a company vehicle across the local area.

What You'll Be Doing

Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
Enforcing regulations around littering, fly-tipping, and waste management
Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) where required

What We're Looking For

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience (desirable)
