Link Personnel is seeking an energetic Childminding Assistant to join an established home-based service in Enfield Town. Previous experience as a childminder or working with children is advantageous, and you will support planning activities for children aged 0-7.

You will document children's learning, follow policies, ensure safety at all times, and provide personal care for younger children. A good level of written and spoken English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Childminder or working with children is advantageous.
• Must be able to provide personal care for young children.
• Ability to plan activities for children 0-7.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and provide activities for children ages 0-7.
• Be creative with ideas to enhance children's learning through all 7 areas of learning.
• Must be good at documenting children's learning and planning next steps.
• Follow childminders policies and procedures.
• Ensure that children are kept safe at all times.
• Able to provide personal care for the youngest children.
• Able to provide a very good level of written and spoken English.
