Job summary

Talantir in London is seeking a Manager-level Consultant to lead energy and utilities transformation projects, shaping strategy, people, processes and technology to deliver measurable value for clients.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, run engagements, manage teams and pipelines, and drive growth through ongoing account development. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in our Central London office or on client sites.

Qualifications

• Senior-level management consulting experience with Energy or Utilities clients.
• Transformation programme delivery across business, technology, process, and workforce.
• Excellent communication to run engagements and manage teams.
• Strong client management, pipelines, bids, and end-to-end account lifecycle.
• Business development experience preferred; growing a business unit or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation projects for energy/utility clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Own end-to-end delivery and oversee engagement teams.
