Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to lead and shape major Energy Transition & Utilities projects. You will drive delivery, design ambitious solutions, and manage client relationships while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

Strong experience in consulting delivery or industry transformation within Energy & Utilities.
Excellent consulting skills from a major firm or strong industry background.
Commercial awareness and experience in business development.
Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization.
Experience in proposition development and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to shape practical solutions for clients with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead significant workstreams and manage client relationships across energy and utilities projects.
Shape opportunities, contribute to design, resourcing, and commercial assumptions.
Deliver digital, data, and AI-enabled transformation programs.
Mentor and coach junior team members and collaborate with global network.
Support growth and capability development of Energy Transition & Utilities practice.
Act as trusted delivery partner and build strong client relationships.
