Job summary

Talantir, a leading global strategy consultancy, seeks a Manager in the UK to lead engagements spanning strategy, commercial due diligence and value creation for the Energy, Utilities & Resources sector. You will own workstreams, deliver high-impact results and mentor junior team members, with direct exposure to C-suite stakeholders.

You will develop client relationships, influence decision-making, and contribute to business development in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting with exposure to transactions.
• Experience delivering high-impact work in Energy, Utilities & Resources.
• Minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university; STEM or Economics preferred.
• Exceptional analytical capability and structured problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, commercial due diligence and value creation engagements.
• Structure complex problems and drive hypothesis-led analysis.
• Manage and develop teams to deliver client outcomes under tight timelines.
• Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to business development through thought leadership.
